Double Services

From 6th January 2019, we began the trial of two services on a Sunday morning. Here you will find everything you need to know to help you decide which service to attend.

What times are the services going to be held?
The first service will begin at 9.15am, finishing at 10.30am, and the second service will begin at 11.00am finishing at 12.15pm.

Will the children be provided for at both services?
Sunday School will be held as normal in the second service only. Children are welcome at the first service but there will be  no formal childcare at this service.

Will the services be identical?
The message of the Lord's Word will be the same, or similar, but the style of the first service will be more traditional in nature, whilst the second service will be more contemporary.

When will communion be served?
Communion will be served as part of both services on the first Sunday of each month.

How will I maintain contact with other members of the congregation?
As well as through small groups, events and other activities, refreshments will be serviced each week between 10.30am and 11.00am for all members of the church family, for fellowship.

Will there be all-age services?
Yes, these will continue to be held on the last Sunday of each month, but only in the later service beginning at 11.00am.

Can I attend both services?
Of course. Each service will offer a different style of worship, but the Holy Spirit will be present at both and so can you be.

What if I still have a question?
Please contact our church office and we'll be happy to provide you with the information you need.
