In November 2024, the church family agreed to support the creation of a new Operations Manager role.

The role is needed to help build and maintain a fit-for-purpose trellis, enabling us to further grow what God is doing at NPBC through our different ministries - the vine.

When the church family agreed to support this new role, we knew it would place an additional financial ask on us. For 2025, this means we need to increase our giving by an additional £20,000 (plus gift aid).

We are grateful for the increases we’ve seen but this has come from a very small number of regular givers. So, we’re asking everyone at NPBC to pray over their giving and respond by Sunday 11 May to let us know how God is leading them to help close this gap. As well as postcards that have been given out on a Sunday morning, you can let us know your planned increases here.

If we don’t see the additional funds through regular giving, we plan to hold a ‘gift day’ in the early Autumn when we’ll look to close any gap that remains. Thank you.
