All too often we think of God as a distant being, looking down upon us, removed from the everyday of our lives. Yet, 2000 years ago, He reached out to us through the birth of a baby that was named Jesus. He did it because He wanted us to know that stands with us and alongside us; loving us; understanding our deepest needs; offering us a joy and a hope and a purpose.

God, quite literally, with us. More accessible than we might ever have imagined.
